What Training Formats Does Alurna Offer?

This short video will introduce you to the various training delivery formats available, the look and feel of Alurna, management reports that Alurna offers along with the benefits to be gained from adopting it as part of your organisation’s training and awareness programme. We can offer a variety of training delivery formats from static or motion graphics supported by voice over or video with one of our consultants.

Can the Training Include An Assessment?

Yes, we can also produce an assessment of understanding at the end of the learning content so that you can be reassured that any training delivered is successful in meeting its objectives.

Can Alurna Be Tailored to My Specific Requirements?

We will work with you to ensure the training content is consistent with your organisation’s style, culture and existing messaging. All styles are underpinned by the same ethos, i.e. ensuring that content is engaging and relevant.

How Easy is Alurna To Use?

As a user, you log in with your user name and password, where you are presented with a screen, tailored to your organisation. You are able to view the courses available to you, which courses you have completed and which are part completed, and the scores you have achieved from previous courses.

You can download a certificate too. You are also able to access key policies and confirm that you have read and understood them.

What Management Reports Does Alurna Provide?

Alurna was designed with effective management reporting in mind. As a manager, you are able to view and monitor how many users have taken the different courses, who have yet to complete the courses and view what scores have been obtained.

You can also determine if there is a particular question which users are struggling with and where there may be an opportunity to review and improve the training content and/or the question-wording.

What Administrative Help Does Alurna Offer?

Within Alurna, administrators can also set reminders for users to take courses with escalations to department heads or line managers where required.
